Willow, try underarmor, available at Academy. Sir Richard wears them and
says they are great.
They mold to the skin, keep you warm when you need to be warm and cool
fairly well.

Nothing compares to a pair of actual fitted hose, much more comfortable
than tights, since they don't rely on compression to fit.  More like
your favorite pj's.  If you aren't familiar with how to make them, check
with your local tailor.
