My friends,

This is a sad day for all of us.  Duke Sir Morguhn Sheridan suffered a
traumatic brain injury in a fall over the weekend.  Unfortunately,
efforts to save his life failed and he passed away today.

Morguhn was King of the East three times, Prince of Aethelmearc twice,
and after we went Kingdom, King two more times.  He was one of my
closest friends in the SCA or anywhere else and was in so many ways,
the exemplar of the courtesy & chivalry we live for in our Society.

I am so very sorry to have to report this news to you.
