[Ansteorra] combat bows

All combat bows are weight tested before they can be used. The max weight for a combat longbow is 30 pounds. All bows are pulled down to 28 inches for testing so when you get one be careful that it is tested for 28 inches and it does not matter if your draw is less, your bow will be tested at 28 inches.
