Well, really, Emma and Alasdair covered the process very well.

If you're asking specifically about *your* submission, it was sent to Laurel in the Dec 08 LoI. It should be decided upon sometime this month. So just waiting for the proof reading and in about 3 months you should be hearing from Arbalest about the status of your submission (that's her job -- to let submitters know yes or no whether or not Laurel accepted their submission).
