[Ansteorra] Sad News from Ffynnon Gath

On Saturday, December 12, Rikki Renee Robinson - known to us as Slaine - passed away in Houston from the complications of pneumonia and a systemic infection.  Slaine had a liver transplant six years ago and she had struggled hard with the complications.  According to her family, she will be cremated and memorial services will be held at a later date.  .  
 
Slaine had been playing with the Shire of Ffynnon Gath since July of 2007.  She came to her very first SCA meeting dressed to the teeth in complete Tudor garb and carrying a meat pie.  She became my Amazon Daughter at Jagermeister.  Unfortunately, Jagermeister was her last event. She said the SCA was a bright spot in her life and she asked that her SCA clothing and accessories be given to the Shire of Ffynnon Gath so others could use and enjoy them.
