The arrowhead WITHOUT the engraling: Herr Jan von Strolenburg [ found on
page 63 of the Hospice of St Christopher on the Arlberg ] Or, a pheon azure,
the staff gules, flighted argent.

The arrowhead WITH the engrailing: Gyonny of eight gules and sable, four
pheons in saltire points to the dentre. ( Fig 531 on page 211 of The Art of
Heraldry © Bloomsbury Books, 1986)

and again:  Party per pale argent and sable, on a chevron a pheon between
two escallops, in chief as many pheons and in pale two escallops, all
counterchanged, and impaling the arms of Pakenham-Mahon ... ( Fig 605 on
page 235 of The Art of Heraldry © Bloomsbury Books, 1986)
