Using these definitions, especially "one who rules alone", co-autocrat is an 
oxymoronic term.  In the case of more than one person "running" the event, I 
prefer co-event stewards.  But, then again, I prefer "event steward," since 
a person running an event is not wholly independent of the local group 
reporting structure.
