[Ansteorra] Why Crown Tourney has been moved to the heat.

I think this has been suggested at least once before, but it seems it was
lost in that huge tangle of emails earlier - why can't it still be fought
outside, and still in the middle of summer (if necessary), but kept to the
cooler morning and evening hours, and in the shade?  I don't think anyone
objects to fighting under trees, do they?
