[Ansteorra] Laurels' Prize Tourney - Location & Date Change

It is with great pleasure that the populaces of Bryn Gwlad and the Incipient
Stronghold of Hellsgate announce that we have been graciously awarded
Laurels' Prize Tourney. 

To be held August 28th in Belton, TX. (event flyer below)

For those more Martially inclined, heavy fighting is being planned for the
enjoyment of all. 

 

~ Artisan Registration is open online at http://www.hellsgate-sca.org

~ Merchants are welcome with no additional site fee and should contact the
Event Registrar at daria at brokenspit.com

 

**Please Be Sure to review the site fee's for the Event. There is an
additional fee of $8 per car to enter BLORA. Car-pooling is Recommended.

Join us among the towering trees of Ft Hood's BLORA for Laurels' Prize. 

An opportunity for the Artisans of Ansteorra to display their works and
discuss them with the Laurels of our Stellar Kingdom.

 

"Laurels' Prize is a body of work display of all of the various types of
arts that a person has researched and attempted, or a display of a single
art 

showing improvements and variations over time."

 

Table Space MUST be reserved prior to the Event

Outdoor Display Areas Available by request

Electric Outlet Use Available by request

 

A sideboard lunch is included in the site fee

Site opens for Set Up at 8am with displays to be finished by 10am

Site fee $8 ($5 non-member if applicable)

(checks made payable to: SCA Inc./Barony of Bryn Gwlad)

(BLORA charges a separate fee of $8 per car, Fee is waived to all Military
ID card holders)

 

Parking in Designated Areas Only 

Site is Dry except for Brewing Displays

Minors must be accompanied by Parent or legal Guardian.

They may attend with a 21 year or older adult with a signed and notarized
Minor Event Waiver form from the parents. 

No Pets Allowed
