[Ansteorra] Traffic at Bryn Gwlad Baronial

Those who attended last years BG baronial will remember that there was also 
Scare for the Cure on the same site at the same side.  Scare will be there this 
year as well.

When you turn toward the site off of City Park Road, you will be met by Scare's 
traffic control.  If you tell them you are SCA they will direct you through to 
the event.  Last year we had very few problems with this, although the problems 
we did have could have been pretty bad.  This year, we are pretty sure that 
everyone is on the same page.  Please don't think you are in the wrong place if 
you see signage for Scare.  If anyone has difficulties with Scare's traffic 
control, they can call me at 512-762-6970.  I will see you all at the event
