I do say that if the villan Hanse is found within the Lands of Hellsgate, he
will not find a most welcoming embrace, unless, of course, you count the tip
of a spear welcoming.  Alas, if he is found within our lands, we will tie
him to our portcullis and those who have warrants or treaties with Hanse may
come to Hellsgate to claim him.  I do not care for reward, for as a
Centurion of the Sable Star, it is my duty to see the Crown's Justice done
within our Stellar Kingdom.

I put a call out to my brethren to help find this... man and bring him to
the Crown's Justice, where ever that may be.
