I think you mean the small EASY-to-overlook west door. And if it is found the your local villeins cannot read your strict written orders, and these items you describe so enticingly are not removed, so that Hanse finds there a hiding place? 
Are you perhaps laying a trap OR are you in fact offering sanctuary to this greasy creature in return for getting your wagons, plows and other equipment greased? 
You were very specific about where this barn is & in what condition.
I will suggest that the Crown's men put a watch not only on that barn, but on all of your properties.
