[Ansteorra] To those that would punish, torture or execute the Dutchman Hanse

Were I to capture Hanse, I have no desire to kill or maim him.
However what I would do might be thought to be punishment or even torture by him, but not by normal, civilized persons. 
I am thinking to start with a hot scouring bath with lots of soap, done by some older nuns. 
Or possibly monks would be better suited to make sure he is thoroughly clean. 
Then while transporting him in a cage wagon to whichever locale has claim, I believe it was Raven's Fort?, he would be fed Only bread and vegetables.
No greasy meats of any kind. I believe the greasiness for which he is so well known is one reason he has proved so hard to capture and hold prisoner.
 
If I do manage to capture him what 'tax' would you claim?
