[Ansteorra] Crown tourney entrants?

Yes, yes, I remember the changes needed with the scrolls. Yes, I've  
been around *that* long.  And I remember that it didn't take long for  
Hector to get tired of the "Queen Hector" jokes.

At that time, I thought for sure, we'd have another Queen win her  
throne by strength of her own arms, somewhere in the Known World, by  
now.

So a ruling monarch, King or Queen, can fight in a Queen's Champion  
and/or a King's Champion Tournament? And if they win, are they then  
also the King's/Queens Champion, as well as King/Queen?
