My impression is that he believes everyone else should bring their own
shade, lighting, trash bags, etc.  Or, possibly, that he has no problem with
a communal solution as long as it's not mandatory.  I'm not clear what
advantage there is in staying in the Ansteorra camp absent the sense of
community, etc., so I'm not sure what the issue is.
