The laws exempt food sales where only members of the group may purchase and
the group is a non-profit (some caveats). This was passed to allow Boy Scout
units and others to have a bake sales internally without meeting the law.
Pot lucks are immune because nobody pays for the food. 

We probably don't qualify under the member only sales, because we sell
feasts to people who are not paid members.
