I once knew a young woman a few years ago and the first time I did
something as simple as open the door for her she looked at me as if I had
lost m mind. After her asking and me explaining "why" her response was "Oh,
okay" she then accepted it as it was - a case of a guy being nice to her.
Me having to explain it to her shows what type guys she had been hanging
around with before she had meet me.
