[Ansteorra] Round table, what to expect

If you are a seneschal, you need the 9am Treasurer Policy class in
addition to the seneschal classes.

After your class, you hang out until the Great Officers of State meeting, wherein we all gather in one place and the Kingdom-level officers give their reports, and you have the opportunity to ask questions. It's pretty great. Everyone wears casual mundanes, btw.
