[Ansteorra] Solicitation - mundane fund-raising

Personally, I don't have an issue with it, so long as it's not overly done to death.
I've seen folks use this forum for all sorts of modern fundraisings and projects,
such as gift boxes for soldiers at war, or funds to help a family in need,
as well as offers or seekings of job opportunities; even a rally to vote for
Mrs Mississippi (for a former SCA Queen) in another kingdom.
So, as long as posted briefly, to the point, without massive multiple postings,
but in moderation, I don't have an issue. IMHO
Cheers, Hillary

Subject: [Ansteorra] Solicitation - mundane fund-raising
And my question is: Why are we having ads for mundane fundraisers by somone's
children for themselves to get some stuff done in their bhalf by their
parents. I am not offended, but I also do not think this sort of thing belongs
on our net. Moderrator.
Thank you,
