[Ansteorra] Pennsic Notice for Spearmen

Ansteorra,

The Earl Marshal in charge of Pennsic has requested that everyone using 
a Mandrake 2" thrusting tip on the end of a fiber spear please take them 
off, and replace the discs on the inside with new closed cell foam.  
This is of course assuming that you have been using it. The foam that 
they come with is acceptable, but it degrades relatively quickly, so 
they want to be sure that all tips have new foam.   Thanks!
