As the drums of war sound far to the North, the time has come for Ansteorra
to declare!

After consulting with Royals from around the Known World, determining how
other armies were aligning, and consulting with the wisest of Oracles; we
are prepared to announce that Ansteorra will be proud to fight along side
of the Dragon and the Tiger. The Kingdoms of the Middle and the East have
long been friends of Ansteorra, and the armies of the Black Star will be
proud to fight at their sides.
