[Ansteorra] Why no emails?

Unfortunately we are *still* having problems with AOL bouncing any mailing
list email coming from our hosting provider.  Our hosting provider is still
working on it, but apparently is having little success with the third-party
that AOL now uses to declare things 'spam'.  In the meantime, I suggest
switching to yahoo or gmail.
