Yes, I most definitely remember the strike to the helm that you delivered
last year.  I'm glad you clarified it, basically a Combat Archer has to be
able to take a blow so to get authorized you to go on the field with a bow.
To carry any other weapon requires authorization as an Armored Combat
Fighter.

 

P.S.  You do deliver a stout blow to the helm.  It is not a "love tap".
