Instead of distributing PDFs of someone else's website, can you please
contact the sites where you found the broken links and provide them with
the new link? Those of us who don't profit from our websites can only be
"paid" by seeing the traffic, and the occasional person who e-mails us and
lets us know our hard work is helping them. Creators also like to have
control over what version is out there. Sometimes we notice a mistake after
publishing the first time, and we like to have the opportunity to correct
it.
