I need info on the hall rules and regulations. The reason I asked is I have two very well-behaved dogs might want to come and hang along with their very responsible human parents who will keep them under constant control inside and will always clean up if they have #1 or #2 accidents. I can't leave at the folks,we might be stay at, alone I'm guessing it will hot as heck outside and I will not leave our dog children outside to endure the heat when us humans can't take endure the heat anything. Last time I was there we got kicked out of the building because my dogs weren't service dogs so my lord husband and I had to work in shifts because both of us got to the point with the heat that we needed and they needed relieve from the heat we still wanted to hang out and not have to leave the event. Both us humans should be able to stay together inside the building and be able to have them inside with us. 
Last time we got kicked out of building because they are not service dogs, we kept trying to explain about the heat situation and I kept telling them that our dogs were very well controlled by the humans, if they a messy accident it would be cleaned up quickly, and/or being disrupted inside. If any of those three happen feel free to kick us out of the building. The person just won't listen. We ended up leaving early permanently from the event all of us couldn't endure the heat anymore. We chose physical health over staying at the event.

Need a direct person with info because there are more than one person listed  as co-stewards. I don't want to send out emails to a
whole list of folks when I could just bother one person for the answer.
