Does anyone know anything about this gentle?

My wife was going through some clothing donated to the Barony intended for
Gold Key.  In the mix is a tabard with the arms of Rodrigo de Navarre,
registered in Caid in 2000 and who received an Award of Arms and a Sable
Falcon in Ansteorra in 2001.

Does anyone have contact information for this gentle so that we can offer
to return it if he so desires?
