Archiving - that's another issue with FB, it doesn't have great archiving features.  
If you look back at the kingdom server e-mails, they have archives that go back years.   
One plus I can see for FB is the look/feel of a blog with the capability for adding photos imbedded in your commentary. 
But for researching what happened some time back, I've had numerous occasions to look back years on the Ansteorran servers for details.    
 
If the kingdom is plugged into FB, that's fine, but please be sure to cross post important imformation of who/what/when/where and how, so the rest of us can stay informed.
