[Ansteorra] fwd: [MR] Gulf Wars Property Tax

I may have gotten bounced from this list again, due to 'bounced' messages due to Time-Warmer, so my apologies if this has already been posted. This is off of the Atlantia list.

I assume this affects the Ansteorra Royal encampment because of the Ansteorra gate, but perhaps other Ansteorran groups as well. I have no idea what the cost will be or how it will be determined.

GULF WARS MEMO:

Just so you know, ALL structures at GW will be assessed a property tax this year, payable at War.
The tax people nailed Larry, and he has to pass these costs on to the folks that have built on his property, which is very fair, of course.

The taxes will prolly be based on square footage. Tent pads, cabins, shower houses,storage sheds-- any structure will have a yearly tax.

Larry adds that if you do not wish to pay the tax, simply remove the structure.

Please make sure that you budget for this.
