[Ansteorra] Heralds' Warranting Class

Please be aware that if you need to take the Heralds' Warranting class, it
will NOT be offered at Round Table this weekend. Instead, the next
warranting class will be offered by the Actuarius Herald, HE Tostig
Logiosophia, at the Ansteorran Heraldic & Scribal Symposium on August 2:

If you need the class but are unable to attend AHSS, please contact your
Regional Scribe or Actuarius to make alternate arrangements. Officer

Per the Administrative Handbook for the Ansteorran College of Heralds:

"The local herald must have taken and successfully completed the warranting
class within the past 2 years to be warranted. Until the class has been
completed, he/she will be listed as acting. The office will be declared
vacant if the herald has not attended the warranting class after 3 months
from taking office."
