[Ansteorra] Round Table - July 19, 2014

Come and join the officers of the Kingdom as they have discussions, warranting classes, and share ideas regarding the issues that affect Ansteorra.  All are welcome.  Modern attire is requested and there is no site fee for attendees.

Location:  United Methodist Church of the Covenant
                  3608 Matlock Road
                  Arlington, Texas  76015
                  9:00am - 5:00pm (GOofS meeting will be at 8:00am)

Please note:

- Coffee, tea, water, juice and light breakfast items will be available in the morning.  A list of nearby restaurants open for lunch will be available at the sign-in table.

- The church has a shortage of available chairs.  Please bring one with you if you can.  This will not affect the open meeting, which will be held in the Sanctuary.

- If you must bring your children with you to the meeting, please remember that you are responsible for keeping any eye on them and for providing activities to keep them occupied and from disturbing the meetings.  Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  They may also attend with a 21 year old or older adult with a signed an notarized Minor Event Waiver form from the parents.

- Smoking is only allowed outside the building.  No alcoholic beverages will be permitted per the church's policy.

- Service animals are welcome.
