[Ansteorra] Updates to Martial website

Looking over the page, http://marshal.ansteorra.org/  I notice that *some*
of the subcategories (such as Experiments) have their own URL, but most
don't. For example, the Complete Participants Handbook, the Rapier
Addendum, the list of Kingdom Marshals, etc. are all just
http://marshal.ansteorra.org/. That makes finding or linking to the
specific pages more difficult.

Can this be fixed?
