[Ansteorra] Cry Heralds at BAM (War of the Rams III)

I’m curious, why? I know that the use of Cry Heralds has been falling off through my years in the SCA. I had thought it had more to do with a lack of volunteers than anything else.

Is this just for this one BAM?
