On Dec 7 at Gander mt 1 pm - 3 pm  I would like to meet and make notes 
as how to improve, revise the event for next year. If you are unable to 
come but have some information to share please  send me a note.

Reminder IF you have receipts for reimbursement submit to Treasure no 
later than Dec 15. After that date thank you for your donation.
There are check request forms to be submitted with your receipts. One is 
for approved items the second form is for items that must have financial 
committee approval contact me or the treasure if you need to location 
the forms or unsure which form to submit.
