[Ansteorra] kingdom-wide groups for instrumental and vocal music

An email list has been created on the Kingdom server. This will be the 
primary way to keep in touch in the future. People can subscribe to the 
list by either sending email to 
"musicians-subscribe at lists.ansteorra.org", or by 
visitinghttp://lists.ansteorra.org/listinfo.cgi/musicians-ansteorra.org.
