[Ansteorra] Martial Web Minister applications needed

And as the incoming EM, I'm profoundly grateful for all of the incredible
work done by Sir John, the Marshallate Secretary, and Master Pug for the
amazing improvements they have made in the web site.  Part of the reason I
applied for the job was so that I could continue the work that they
started.  I am a bit saddened that I won't be able to rely upon his
exceptional skills, but I have a glimmer of hope that I might get
introduced to someone else's exceptional skills, or some new exceptional
person.
