[Ansteorra] Updated Roll of Precedence

I still have a couple gaps in the OP, but I went ahead and updated the Roll
of Precedence. I'll update it again as new information comes in. From what
I understand, the new information will not affect the March of Precedence
Saturday morning at Crown Tourney. Meanwhile, the RP is available at
