[Ansteorra] NMS Terminology Note

Greetings Ansteorra -

In light of the recent announcement via the Society Seneschal's formal
webpage, I have a point of clarification to make.

The NMS office, function, and charge rate are not changing; therefore, the
Event Report and Gate Sheets are not changing at this time. They are all
scheduled for updates soon, just not quite yet.

I'll post this on my personal FB wall so you can share it as you are
interested.
