[Ansteorra] Kingdom-Wide Policy Review

Greetings Ansteorran Treasurers -

Starting now, I am conducting a full-Kingdom analysis of Financial Policies
for all branches and entities in our Kingdom that have money in an SCA INC
bank account linked to the SCA Tax ID.

Specific considerations I'll be watching for:

   - All required elements as indicated in Society Financial Policy
   (4-2016):  http://sca.org/officers/exchequer/
   - Procedures for high-dollar purchases
   - Branch and Guild status considerations, including references to
   updates to budgets and inventory
   - Continuity across the Kingdom


This project will replace this year's usual due date (in November).
Inventories and Budgets will still be due at the end of November.
