[Ansteorra] Office Transition: Central Regional Exchequer

Greetings Ansteorra,

I am pleased to announce that I have chosen Lady Eleanor of Forth Castle to
succeed HL Caitrina inghean Mhurchadha as Central Regional Exchequer. The
decision was very difficult for me because I had several excellent
applicants for this office.

Many thanks to Caitrina as she spends the next month helping Lady Eleanor
transition into her new role starting at the upcoming Round Table.
