[Ansteorra] Gulf Wars Early on List

The Drums of War sound and preparation is well underway many people have
registered and are making their travel plans.

Gulf Wars gate opens on Saturday, March 11th if you are planning getting
onsite prior to March 11th to help with one of the many areas that can use
help, you MUST get with one of the department heads and get on their early
on list. You will need the name and registration number for each person in
your vehicle.

If you are not on the early on list you will not be allowed on site until
March 11th.

Deadline for submitting your information to get on the list is Midnight,
February 27th
