[Ansteorra] Fast Troll at Coronation : Feedback Requested

Basically, I put a Google Form out, and allowed people to pre-enter the
same information that they write down at troll (SCA Name, Real Name,
Membership #, Member yes/no).  Then we pre-printed all that information out
on a separate page, and had a separate table set up those persons who came
in through the gate.

The basic experience for them was,
Walk up
Show membership card
Answer the Feast question
Pay.

Only 1 person had to sign the waiver, as everyone was members.
