[Ansteorra] Southern Regional Seneschal office

[ER Seneschal]

The Southern Regional Seneschal position is also open for applications. To
apply for that office, send your application to Kingdom Seneschal, the
Crown, and the
current Southern Regional Seneschal, HE Gavin MacIain.

Decisions regarding the successor for This office will be also finalized by
June 15, with the actual changeover to occur at Round Table on July 21.
