[Youth Rapier Marshal]

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Regional Youth Rapier Marshals. They are charged with working within their regions to promote Youth Rapier and provide training for interested marshals.

The Regional Deputies are as follows:

North: Elspeth Monypeny
Central: Alexandra Notte Clare
South: Dianna Blakeley

Thank you to all three ladies for your willingness to serve our young fencers.
