[Ansteorra] Accepting Bids for Coronation - April 13, 2019

[Events Deputy]

Bids for the Coronation event of Prince Vlad and Princess Margaret, to be
held on April 13, 2019 are still being accepted! I have not received any
bids yet, but the Barony of Eldern Hills has shown interest.

Bids will be due to the Kingdom Events Deputy by midnight on Friday,
February 1, 2019. Their Highnesses and the Financial Committee will make a
decision on or before Friday, February 8, 2019.

While all bids for this event will certainly be accepted and considered,
Their Highnesses would prefer an indoor, single day event to be held on
April 13. They would also prefer a feast be served for a small number of
people, as well as have space for some entertainment. The Kings Champion
tournament can be held indoors or outdoors, as the potential site (and
weather) will allow.

Remember that all bids for all events must include a completed 'Ansteorra
Kingdom Event Bid Form' and a detailed budget.
