[Ansteorra] Marshal deputy announcements

Greetings unto the kingdom,

  I want to thank everyone who applied for the open offices. As the
applications closed on August 31, I have reviewed all of the applications
and I am pleased to announce the following appointments:

Sir Absolon of Hereford is the Armored Marshal
Master Etienne de Montagu is the Rapier Marshal
Her Ladyship Daichin Emeglei (Robin of Cambria) is the Equestrian Marshal

  Please welcome these individuals and support them in their new roles.

  I want to thank the outgoing officers Sir Geoffery de Gourney, Master
Mateo Montero de Madrid, and Count Galen Edwin Kirchenbauer for previously
holding these offices.
