[Ansteorra] Kinddom bard event

HAIL TO OUR FINE AND PROSPERING KINGDOM;
THE KINGDOM MINISTER OF ARTS AND SCIENCES ANNOUNCES THE FOLLOWING:
 We are soliciting bids for Eisteddfod (Kingdom Bard). Bids close December
15.  This is usually NOT a stand-alone event, so groups are encouraged to
consider hosting this as part of their regular event - but the Crown would
like it during their reign.
Please include in the bid, a Blackstar ad with check list, budget, and
details as to where the event is to take place.
