ARCH - achery marshalling

The Group Marshal is an officer of his or her group. As such they report to
their regional. An at large marshal is a officer of the society but
reporting functions are less formal. If someone is wanting to be a Target
Archery Marshal, I encourage them to apply for the position of archery
marshal for a group first. If the group has one then you can be warranted as
an at large marshal at the discretion of the Regional. As a side not, if a
group is going to have any target archery related activities at an event,
then a warranted marshal must be the marshal in charge whether they be an
officer of the group of an at large marshal.

Ok, La Marche Sauvage borders Seawinds, does that count?

This still confuses me. Is there a 'local' marshal office that
officiates
only in his/her shire? I understand the 'at large' part now (thank
you
Baron Ulsted) but I'm still trying to get the whole hierachy down.
Also,
how does the 'Group' marshal fit in?
