Fiberglass, aluminum, magnesium, carbon fiber, etc. arrows are generally not
allowed for the target archery.  Only wood shafting and feather fletching.

Modern shafting materials don't warp and curve without first taking a lot of
abuse and can be WAY lighter than wooden shafting (fiberglass isn't
lighter).  Wooden arrows will warp and bend  especially in SE TX heat and
humidity and the natural variances in weight and straightness of spine are
part of the game.

Fiberglass shafting and plastic vanes are allowed in Combat and IKCAC
archery.
