ARCH - Convention

Greetings and Hi There,

It seems that the masses have spoken.

So, by convention what is suppose to be done?  Who does what?  Will it be
writen down somewhere so newcomers will learn of it and us old ones refresh
our memorries?  Will it be strickly word of month?  What happens if  someone
says,"No, I don't want to"?

If this is how we are to fix the problem, how is it going to work?  Or are
we assuming that out of goodness and dutifullness of each person it just
magically happens?
