ARCH - Marshal Who??

Okay, let me back up.

I want to become whatever kind of archery marshal it takes to be able to
run the archery range at an event. I don't care if I'm warranted or not,
but that the range can legitimately be open if I am there.

What does that take? What do I need to read/know? I *can't* talk to my
local archery marshal because he currently doesn't exist. Is this truly
that difficult or archaic?

I want to help archery in this Kingdom. I can not become another officer
since I currently hold 4 offices in this Kingdom, soon to only be 3. If
it takes me to become an officer to do this, I will not be able to do it
which I see as a problem.
